1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
The App collects and stores only the configuration data you provide when using the App, including:
• Badge names, order, and visibility settings (on/off toggles)
• Style preferences (colors, font, size, padding, border radius)
• Selected emoji icons for each badge
We do not collect any personal data about your customers, end-users, or any third parties. We do not collect payment information, names, email addresses, or browsing data.
3. How we use your data
The configuration data collected is used solely to:
• Display your selected trust badges on your Shopify store product pages
• Save your preferences so they persist between sessions
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
4. Data storage
Your App configuration settings are stored securely using Shopify’s infrastructure. We do not maintain any separate database of your personal or store information outside of Shopify’s platform.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is only accessible to UAB NETBONA for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
6. Data retention
Your configuration data is retained as long as you have the App installed on your Shopify store. When you uninstall the App, your configuration data is deleted within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
• Access the data we hold about your store
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App

8. Cookies
The App itself does not use cookies. Shopify’s platform may use cookies as part of its standard functionality. Please refer to Shopify’s own Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is processed through Shopify’s secure infrastructure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
